Co-owners Tim Paul and Matt Sedlier, along with Tim's brother Eric Paul, bring together decades of hands-on experience across both residential and commercial construction.

Matt has 20+ years in commercial construction, with a background in project management, site supervision, and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Tim and Eric each bring 10 years of residential craftsmanship — specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile, decks, stairs, and finish carpentry. Eric also brings excavation and site work capabilities, making PaulSed a one-stop shop for projects from the ground up.

Behind the scenes, Dawn Sedlier keeps the business running smoothly, bringing a degree in business and an extensive career as a Director of Human Resources to the back office. Clients can count on clear communication, professional processes, and a company that takes every commitment seriously.
